Can I afford training?
Consider for a moment, the cost of not being healthy and fit: Ill health, doctor visits, medical bills, prescriptions, not performing your best at work or school, lack of confidence, and on and on. You can’t afford not to invest in your health and well-being. We have a program & package for everyone. If you want to save money you can bring a friend or join a small group training class.
I have prior injuries, is this type of training for me?
Depending on the severity of your injury and consent from your doctor, we can discuss your options.
What if I have been out of an exercise routine for awhile?
It will take time to get your muscles back into routine. It gets easier with time & practice.
Will I be able to complete the whole workout?
Based on the information that was gathered in your consultation we will tailor your workouts based on your goals and what your body can handle.
I am afraid of getting injured.
Our goal is to support you in building a strong and sustainable foundation while getting you to your fitness goals. With the data I gather from your postural & movement assessment I will create a safe & effective workout program for you.
What if I’m going to miss a group training class?
You can attend another class with prior notification, subject to availability.
